• Traveling Team Requirements

  • Must be age 7 as of September 1, 2023

  • If dancer is in 6th grade or below, they must be enrolled in Steps at Tiffany’s Weekly Classes

  • Dancers on a team must always have a positive attitude

  • Must be committed to attending practices and team performance events

• Traveling Teams

  • Prep Team

  • Junior Team

  • Senior Team

  • Varsity Team

Prep team meets approximately once or twice a month on Monday evenings. Junior & Senior Teams meet approximately twice a month on Monday evenings.  Varsity lessons are held on open weeknights between activities or Sundays approximately twice a month.  I work with the schedules of each dance group.  It’s important to me that dancers are well rounded and have the opportunity to be involved in a wide array of activities that our small towns offer, but still get the opportunity to be a part of a competitive dance team. 

Each team builds upon additional dance steps/techniques and combinations and will be involved in extra routines and performances.  Examples include dancing at: Czech Days, Colfax County Fair, nursing homes, basketball games, etc.  The older two teams (seniors & varsity) are involved with dance trips which happen every 2-3 years, competitions, and fundraising for these events.  Being on a traveling team requires additional expense, practice, and time, but makes for lots of dance fun and extra entertainment opportunities!!  Dance tryouts for the 2023-24 season will be held Monday, July 24.
